| Singapore ( 6 January, 2010 ) - CSE Global Ltd (CSE) today announced that its various subsidiaries have recently won several contracts worth a total of S$85 million in the month of December 2009 for the oil & gas, and infrastructural sectors. The contracts consist of 3 telecommunication & security surveillance projects in Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and Papua New Guinea respectively; 4 control & automation projects in US, UK, Saudi Arabia and Asean respectively; and a maintenance contract for the Singapore Government.
The above contracts are not expected to have a material impact on the CSE’s profit for FY2009 but will have a positive impact on CSE’s profit for the current financial year 2010, and beyond.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of CSE has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contracts |
